Kelvin Kellman (B.E.D. Arch.) brings over 22 years of experience in architectural design, construction management, real estate development, and urban planning and has worked across Canada, the US and internationally. An expert in Ecological Architecture and Sustainable Design, Kelvin's approach harmoniously synchronizes buildings and communities with the natural rhythms of it's particular location, expressing it's patterns, texture, culture, and 'spirit of place'.

Kal Juman

Kal Juman is on a mission to help our customers live better by significantly improving the functionality, quality and sustainability of the house they live in. He brings over 25 years of international experience working in the tech industry and is focused on integrating new advances in design, manufacturing and building technologies to make better homes.

Sean De Freitas

Director, Finance

Sean is a CPA who brings decades of international finance experience to the team. Responsible for project financing and implementing cost controls on all projects, Sean brings fiscal discipline and innovation to financing all projects.

Clive Newman

Clive Newman has over 31 years as a General Contractor in the construction industry with many commercial and residential projects under his belt. His past clients include many five star hotels and a few well known golf clubs. He specializes in luxury interior finishing and his attention to the most minute of details results in work of the highest quality.

Vanessa Ferguson Kellman

Director, Business Management

Vanessa Ferguson Kellman brings over 15 years of experience in real estate development and financial services having earned both an undergraduate degree and an MBA in business administration. Vanessa brings her passion for sustainability, design and healthy living to KUOZUO as she guides clients through the planning and development process. On her off time, this former Miss Grand Bahama is a sought after beauty consultant and an avid tennis player.

Su'aad Juman-Yassin

Business Analyst

Su’aad Juman-Yassin joins the KUOZUO team as our in-house finance and business analyst having recently completed her undergraduate degree in Applied Mathematics and Finance. Su’aad is passionate about sustainability, the environment, decreasing plastic pollution and promoting a circular economy.
